# RETURNING GOODS

Ordered products didn't meet your expectations? No problem, in our store you have 30 days to withdraw from the contract. If you are a Business Customer – a Consumer within the meaning of the Online Store Regulations, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract.

How to return in a few simple steps?

1. You have 30 days to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, i.e., your intention to return purchased products.

2. You can inform us of your intention to return purchased products in any way you choose, e.g.:

  1. in writing to the company address: AMH sp. z o. o, ul. Wejherowska 5D, 84-100 Puck, Poland;
  2. electronically to the address: kontakt@i-cc.pl;
  3. or by phone at: +48 600 160 147

3. Within 14 days of informing us of the return, return the goods to the following address at your own expense:

Include a return form with the package, you can fill out this Return Form. Remember to package the goods securely to protect them from damage during transport. We would appreciate it if you use the original product protection.

IMPORTANT!!!
We do not accept returns sent via Polish Post or cash on delivery!

4. We will refund you within 14 days from the day of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of its return from you.

5. Products sold in sealed packaging are not subject to return if they have been unsealed by the Customer. A return may also be denied by Us if it turns out that the products were stored improperly, which affected their properties.

6. Remember to package the goods securely to protect them from damage during transport. We would appreciate it if you use the original product protection.

# COMPLAINTS

How to make a complaint in our store?:

1. The complaint can be submitted by the Customer, for example:

  1. in writing to the company address: AMH sp. z o. o, ul. Wejherowska 5D, 84-100 Puck, Poland;
  2. electronically to the address: kontakt@i-cc.pl;
  3. or by phone at: +48 600 160 147

We encourage you to use our Complaint Form.

2. If the complaint letter is prepared by the Customer independently, it is recommended that the Customer provide in the complaint description:

  1. order number;
  2. information and circumstances regarding the complaint, in particular the date of discovering the inconsistency of the goods with the contract (defects);
  3. or if these forms are impossible or too burdensome to implement in accordance with the content of the consumer rights act: a complaint return or price reduction;
  4. contact details of the person making the complaint;
  5. address where the goods can potentially be collected - this will facilitate and expedite the complaint process.

3. Sending the product back:

When filing a complaint, please send the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the invoice or receipt. The product should be sent via any courier company (DPD, Inpost, FEDEX, DHL, GLS).

4. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the day of its receipt.
